On September 12, 2024, Ontario’s Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held a targeted draw under the Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream, specifically inviting candidates with experience in healthcare occupations. This draw targeted candidates who had Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores between 414 and 444 and work experience listed under certain National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes.

Candidates who received the Notification of Interest (NOI) from OINP on September 12, 2024, can now apply through Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream.
