On October 8, 2024, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) introduced significant updates to the Employer Job Offer Foreign Worker stream. This update is aimed at skilled trades and other priority occupations, allowing eligible candidates to receive invitations for permanent residency.

The key requirement is that applicants must have received a valid job offer in one of the specified National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes and meet the minimum score criteria. For skilled trades, the minimum required score is 48, while for other priority occupations, the score requirement is 52.

Skilled Trades Eligible NOC Codes
